This 7 week study on the Gospel of Mark examines a story about "a group of ordinary men caught up in such an extraordinary story" and how they entered "into a new dimension of living." We will observe Jesus "doing" (actions) and ponder His revolutionary ideas and values, "the paradox of God's kingship." We will also trace the process of discipleship focusing on "Mark's 'realism'" with regard to the disciples.
