As part of our summer series, “We are the Church,” Restoration is partnering on a generosity initiative with Together for Good (TFG). Their mission: “creating pathways for the local church to come alongside vulnerable children and families in Christ-centered ministry.”
We will be providing “Backpacks for Good” that will be gifted to children who often arrive to host families empty handed.
There are three ways to help:
Purchase a backpack and fill it with all-new supplies
Choose an age from the chart below and be sure to label whether its for a boy or a girl.
Contribute materials to a backpack packed by Restoration.
Drop-off these materials to Emily Collings by Aug. 26th.
On Saturday morning, August 29, at 10am, we will meet at the TFG offices on Summit Ave in St Paul to gather and pray over the backpacks (drinks and snacks will be provided for kids while we pray). Join us for an opportunity to tangibly demonstrate the love of Christ to vulnerable kids and families!
