Summer 2025
Fr. Rick will be taking a sabbatical in Summer 2025. If you would like to be married at Restoration at that time, you will need to find another Anglican priest who can officiate the service. Please reach out so that we can offer suggestions.

We are so glad you are considering holding your wedding at Restoration! As the Prayer Book says, “Marriage is not to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly, but reverently, deliberately, and in accordance with the purposes for which it was ordained by Almighty God.” May your love for one another “be a seal upon your heart, a mantle about your shoulder, and a crown upon your forehead.” It is an honor that you desire to be married in this church.

The first step is to set up a time to meet with Father Rick (pick a time). Prior to reaching out, please review our Wedding Policy. Fr. Rick will want to hear more of your story, answer any questions you might have, and give an overview of the process leading up to the ceremony. As soon as you’re able, please set up this meeting.

After meeting with Fr. Rick, you will need to do the following:

  1. Connect with our Director of Parish Operations, Carrie, to turn in a signed copy of the Wedding Policy, reserve the date, and request a Building Coordinator. The Building Coordinator will be your point person for building logistics. The date is not reserved until Carrie has the signed Wedding Policy in hand.

  2. Connect with our Worship Pastor, Derek, to discuss music for your service. If Derek is not the one directing the music, you will still need to touch base with him about a sound tech and using our space.

  3. In addition to your wedding ceremony, Father Rick will work with you to pick a counselor for pre-marital counseling. All couples being married at Restoration are required to participate in pre-martial counseling.

  4. A month prior to your ceremony, choose a time again with Father Rick to walk-through the wedding service.

Again, thank you and God bless you as you enter into this new chapter together!
