In light of the increased ministry needs of our congregation, the Parish Council has approved the addition of another full time pastoral role: Pastor of Community Life. This person will cultivate robust ministries for welcoming newcomers, connecting attenders to various parts of church life, and developing the small group ministry.
I have been to many conferences, retreats, etc. in my life; usually I leave each of these with a head full of new information, pages and pages of notes, and an overall sense that I will never have enough time to do anything with all that I’ve “learned.” This recent Mathew 25 Gathering was refreshingly different.
Consider yourself warmly invited to participate in the 2023 Culture Summit next Thursday and Friday (April 27-28). If taking two days off from your regular rhythms isn’t feasible, you’re welcome to come for a morning or afternoon session on either day.
