Advent and Liturgy

Advent and Liturgy

One of Restoration’s core values is Contemplation. We love how the annual rhythm of Advent naturally creates space to be confronted by the mystery of God's presence. During this season, we consider God’s faithfulness and wait for his return; we lament the world’s brokenness, and we anticipate the promised arrival of Christ the King. This year, there will be a few liturgical shifts to mark the season of Advent.

Restoration’s Partnership With Connected Families

Restoration’s Partnership With Connected Families

At Restoration, we believe that parents are the greatest spiritual influences in a child’s life. Your unwavering love, guidance, and faith are the bedrock upon which their spiritual journeys are built. Understanding the immense responsibility and joy that comes with this role, we are committed to partnering with and equipping you with the best resources and support. That’s why I am thrilled to announce that we are now official partners with Connected Families, a faith-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Christ-centered transformations within families.

Updates from Brazil

Updates from Brazil

Our family went to Brazil this summer to visit a cluster of flourishing Anglican churches in the northeastern region of the country. We spent 10 days traveling to three cities and during our time in the northeast, we visited five Anglican churches, met with three bishops and got to know dozens of people involved in the growing Anglican movement in Brazil. Along with the churches, we were able to spend an afternoon at the Compassion Community Center in João Pessoa (to which Restoration sent this year’s Good Friday offering).
